In our Six Sigma Black Belt course you will learn how to lead, plan and implement Six Sigma projects in your company. In our block seminar you will become familiar with a wide range of tools and methods for structured process improvement and learn how to apply and implement them.
Through the course you will become an expert in methodology and statistics and learn about many different tools for process improvement.
Our Black Belt course contiues with the content learned in the Green Belt course - without overlapping the content. Furthermore, after the course there is the possibility to follow up on the Master Black Belt training or the Six Sigma Digital training.
This course is for project managers, process owners and executives. As a Six Sigma Black Belt you will be trained to identify improvement potentials and to implement them in your company. You will lead larger Six Sigma projects with the support of Green Belts.

Certificate and examination
The participant will receive all the certificates from the CEC Saar in english and german language. After passing the examination, the participant will acquire 5 ECTS points which can be credited in subject-specific courses of study.
Certificate of attendance: The participant was present on all 10 days of the event
Trained Six Sigma Black Belt (5 ECTS): The participant was present on all 10 days of the course and successfully passed the examination. The exam lasts 4 h and is held on the last day of the course or on a day agreed upon with the participants
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (5 ECTS): The participant was present on all 10 days of the course, passed the exam and submitted a report on a completed practical project. During the practical project, the participant will be individually supervised by a Master Black Belt for 1-2 days on site or via video call
Our training content is conform with the ISO standards ISO13053-1:2011, ISO 13053-2:2011 and ISO 18404:2015 as well as with the guidelines of the American ASQ. The ASQ is the American Society for Quality, which describes and defines the content and requirements of the various training courses.
The costs for the course amount to 5.950,00€ excl. VAT per person and include the two block events of 2x5 days including seminar documents, lunch and coffee breaks, the examination fees, as well as 1-2 days of individual consultation for the implementation of the practical project.

The course consists of 2 block courses of 5 days each and takes place from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00 o'clock, or by arrangement with the participants.
You will receive the course documents from us on the first day of the block event. The documents are in English, while the course itself is held in English. This way, participants will become familiar with the content and terminology of the internationally implemented Six Sigma concept. On request, it is also possible to hold the seminars of the Black Belt course in German.
The examination will take place on the last day of the event. A different date is also possible in agreement with the participants. The examination is a written test with a duration of 4 hours.
It is possible to complete the course without a practical project. If you have a practical project, please let us know on the first day of the course so that we can support you with your project from the beginning. Furthermore, we will accompany and support you with your project for 1-2 days on site or via video call. A project report must be submitted by the participant within one year after the start of the training.
